Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You also have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allow you to cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in original condition
- Candles must be unlit and unused
- In original packaging
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
This helps us process claims quickly with the courier.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or lit candles
- Opened or used home accessories
- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order once your return is approved
Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU Customers)
If you are purchasing from the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Items must still be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved:
- You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns
